As Remesh continued to grow, employees grew exhausted with remote happy hours and Zoom-based team building. With an interest in keeping company culture alive, the CEO asked me to start a new segment during the company's all-hands townhall. I decided to do a mock-radio show where I took "callers" and riffed about random topics like podcasts. As part of the segment, a mini brand was created to help make the segment feel special and different from the rest of the executive segments.
